Might have a mild pneumonia. Started to get wheezing and a lot of phlegm on Sunday and Monday. Was very short of breath at work. Now i'm taking three different meds to try to get this out of my system. Out of work today and tomorrow definately and we'll see how long after that. Being short of breath is one of the worst feelings. Jeremy still has a runny nose.
Had a dream last night that I kicked Bob Saget (who was a security guard in a mall or something) and then was telling people in a different dream about that dream. We were also going crazy in a toy store and then got kicked out.
Started playing Metal Gear Solid 2 today. Originally put the difficultly setting on Extreme: 'Dead When Sighted' but I think i'll just play it on hard. The Metal Gear Series is one of the greatest game series of all time and any of the individual games can be considered one of the greatest games of all time. I got bored with Silent Hill because I put the puzzle setting to hard and started to play Medal of Honor: Frontline but am not impressed at all with the graphics. It was difficult too.
Going to sell some of my Magic Online cards in auction tonight. Just some of the rares that will deppreciate in value in the next few weeks when the new block rotates in. I haven't played the game in months and it's definately too expensive and time consuming to really get into. I had hoped to sell all my rare cards but i'm going to sell the money makers right now and keep the rest for casual play. In a few months the game will peak my interest again. But for now i'll make the money while I can.
Never thought i'd be interested in "Street Vigillante" characters but lately i'm interested in them. I always hated Daredevil until I gave him a chance and read his books (a stellar run by Bendis helps). Iron Fist is getting good reviews and i've got them lined up to read. The Dark Tower books were interesting and the writer artist combo is brilliant. I'm debating on whether or not to download Peter David's run on X Factor or that angel book. Or to get into the Dark Tower Series by King. The first book is supposed to be a confusing pile that comes into focus after reading the later books and that isn't a way to bring in a new reader.
Not really impressed by NIN new album. Was very very impressed and intrigued with everything he did to promote it but the music isn't doing it for me. Have to give it another listen or two.

Finished my last week of full time at Fed Ex. Going to work part time for a week or two and then either find a totally different full time job or do another part time job. Probably end up at Home Depot for ten or fifteen hours a week. They moved me to the 7:30 shift which although seems worse, is actually better. I'll have more time at home to relax and more time to fish, bike, and take jeremy outside.
Got hit in the wrist last Sunday in the last two minutes of the hockey game. Missed Monday and Tuesday at work. Could've probably gone in on Tuesday but it wasn't worth reinjuring it, especially with the dumped trucks. Plus it snowed on Monday and I wanted to call off anyway. We got at least ten inches of snow. It melted pretty quick. Scored 4 goals and 3 assists last Sunday.
Holly I went to the New York International Car Show last Saturday. It was through the school for 25 dollars including transportation. Overall the show wasn't that bad. It was interesting but way too crowded and I hate that kind of thing. Holly got to sit in a Jag. I sat in a few cars too. It's just sickening how much new autos cost.
Sickness has spread through the house. Holly had to do hearing evaluations on day care kids and they made her sick. Jeremy caught it next and then me. I felt like shit at work on Friday and I'm still not feeling 100 percent. Saturday we attempted to take Jeremy fishing. We got him a Scooby Doo pole from K-mart, got sandwiches from Subway and went to the Tobyhanna State Park. He was really bad and wouldn't listen while we tried to eat and we were going to go home but we gave him another chance. We tried fishing near the dam but it was just too windy so we decided to walk along the trail. Jeremy being bad wasn't fun but getting him a fishing was and walking along the trail was. I think it'll be at least a year until he has the patience to fish. I went to hockey tonight even though I wasn't feeling all too well. Not the best thing to do but oh well. I scored 1 goal and had two assists. I didn't play particulary hard or well but I did get to play. Holly suprised me and brought Jeremy there with her. She wanted to get Ice Cream after but I didn't think they'd be open that late (probably not until after Memorial Day) so we went to Burger King and then to Walmart for food shopping and home.
Jeremy seems to be eating good for the last few days.
I was going to buy a Trek 1000 (670) Specialized Allez (700), or Raleigh Sport(600) but broke past the impulse buy stage!! We went bike shopping at Mountain Valley Cycles in Stroudsburg last week. They were holding a 10% off sale. Everything was being sold at MSRP though. She sized me as a 56cm. The Trek was too small at that size (my front foot hit the tire on the turn). The Raleigh seemed more comfortable even though it was a few pounds heavier (2 to 3) Didn't get a chance to ride the Specialized. It got better reviews on the forum than the Trek. I couldn't buy the bike when we went there because we had Holly's car (my car was getting a new front tire) so I decided that I would go back the next day after the car show if we had time. They were holding a demo there and it was the last day of the 10% off sale. I actually drove past the place and decided not to go in and then started shopping online. Found decent bikes at Bikesdirect.com and was going to buy one off there. They had decent priced models and I almost convinced myself to buy a 700 bike but did some thinking. Found an ebay auction and won my bike for 378 (my max bid! Would've been outbid if I had bid ten seconds earlier because he probably bid 380 but it wasn't 5.00 more than my high bid). Bike is a Windsor Bristol, Brand New assembled and ridden around the block (according to the seller). I think he bought it from the bikesdirect brick store and never rode it. We shall see. He seems to be content to ship without me paying first so I may have it by Friday if he ships tomorrow.
So now I can get a few more things for my birthday instead of spending way too much on one thing. I want to get an xbox 360 game and probably at least disc brakes for my mountain bike. Getting a new fork is goign to be too much.
I stopped working out a month ago and I have to start doing something again. I'm getting fat and lazy. I think I may train for Iron Man Triathalons. One of my old co workers was training for the Pocono Marathon and it intrigued me but I found out about it too late. I'm going to start running on the treadmill and maybe do some actual runs outside. We'll see what comes of this.

Haven't updated in a few weeks. They finally got me in the driver program and I failed out after the first week. I learned how to drive stick, do a pre trip, and straight line backing but the 45 degree backing and 90 were hit and miss. I could've went on for another week but it wasn't worth the pain. I had to go to Syndersville three times last week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). When I went on Friday Holly and Jeremy were with me and the line was too backed up to wait. I wasn't going to let them wait for two hours for nothing. After that we went to Lunch at Goomba's and we went to the comic store. Jeremy was bad at Goomba's and he kept shouting to pet a dog that was at the comic store.
My job is giving me two weeks at full time before they drop me down to part time. I've been making decent money on the side so i'm going to see what I have to do after the two weeks are over. I'd like to get in with Johnson and Johnson but I don't think they're opening until October. I may try Walmart Distribution again or work a few extra hours at Home Depot.
We had two nice real spring days last week and I took my bike out to Camelback. My front shock doesn't seem as responsive and my bike seemed to handle a bit off. I don't know if I filled the tires too much but i'm going to have to mess with the pressure to find something sufficient.
Easter was nice besides the weather. It was flurrying all day. We bought Jeremy a robotic dinosaur that roars and walks, a Thomas the Tank Engine DVD, Mister Potato Head Spiderman (actually a birthday present from Holly to me), a pair of sunglasses, and a James the Engine Toy ( I think, it could be Percy).
We found out that Jeremy has at least two cavities so we're trying to watch what he eats. We gave him sugar free candy for Easter and he exploded shit through his diaper and his pants. It was disgusting.
It's supposed to rain and snow tonight and there could be a few inches of accumulation. Bullshit. It's the second week of April. Where the fuck is spring. I'm tired of this weather and I want to ride my bike.
My birthday is coming up in a month and I've got Bike and Comic fever. I bought Cerebus Volumes 1-14 on ebay for 70 last weekend which is quite the deal. I hope they're in decent condition. I even got Latter Days at the comic shop for 17 where it retails for 25 on Amazon (which I was going to get for my birthday anyway). Now I only need The Last Day and i'll have a complete run in graphic novel form. I've been reading and downloading comics quite a bit too. I read the Annihilation Run which I enjoyed (even the mini series), Civil War which was interesting besides the Captain America Death, and just caught up on a few other runs (Captain America, Hulk, Daredevil, Wolverine). I'm 30's in Lucifer and I'm really enjoying it.
I'm debating on whether or not I want to get a road bike for my birthday. They're pretty expensive and I really wanted the Trek 1000 or an Ibex Classic 4500. I also wanted to buy a new front shock for my Mountain Bike and equip it with Disc Brakes. I have to see what is more important. I may be able to add oil to my Judy. Or I may be able to buy an older Marzocchi online.
